Binding Agreement

Intellectual Property Rights

The Trust’s registered name, logo, publications, website content, research material, and original compilations are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957. No part of the website or Trust materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action, including injunction and damages.

Donations and Application of Funds

All donations made through the website are voluntary and unconditional contributions toward the Trust’s charitable objectives. Acceptance of a donation does not create a contractual obligation to achieve a specific measurable outcome. Funds are applied in accordance with the Trust Deed and applicable statutory requirements.
