Binding Agreement

By accessing the website of 3(HREE) Trust, making a donation, registering as a volunteer, or engaging with any digital service offered by the Trust, the user enters into a legally binding arrangement governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable Indian laws. Digital acceptance through website interaction constitutes valid contractual consent.

Permitted and Lawful Use

The website may be used solely for lawful and legitimate engagement with the Trust’s charitable objectives. Users shall not attempt unauthorised system access, introduce malicious software, misrepresent identity, manipulate donation processes, engage in fraudulent transactions, publish defamatory material, or interfere with website functionality. Any such misuse may result in suspension of access, reporting to regulatory authorities, and initiation of civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate.

Volunteer Standards and Ethical Conduct

Individuals registering as volunteers undertake to act ethically, lawfully and in alignment with the Trust’s charitable mission. Volunteers are expected to maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information, avoid conflicts of interest, comply with applicable statutory requirements, and conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the Trust’s credibility.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Trust’s registered name, logo, publications, website content, research material, and original compilations are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957. No part of the website or Trust materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action, including injunction and damages.

Donations and Application of Funds

All donations made through the website are voluntary and unconditional contributions toward the Trust’s charitable objectives. Acceptance of a donation does not create a contractual obligation to achieve a specific measurable outcome. Funds are applied in accordance with the Trust Deed and applicable statutory requirements. Foreign contributions are accepted strictly in compliance with the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 2010 and may be refused, returned or withheld where regulatory conditions require.

Limitation of Liability

It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use, payment gateway disruptions, banking delays, regulatory restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.
